About Us

 Our Mission

To help our customers speak out in a way that invites dialogue with reasonable people.

 The LTO Manifesto

  1. Being offended is the natural consequence of leaving your home” (Fran Lebowitz). Pineapple on pizza, white athletic socks with dark suits, contrary opinions. It is nothing to fear.
  2. The punishment for causing offense should be not getting invited over for tea (but only in the most egregious cases).
  3. That which is hateful to you, do not do to others. More dialogue, less yelling. More curiosity, less categorization. Nobody was ever insulted into changing their mind.
  4. Perspective is a process. If our perspective hasn’t shifted in ten years, we’re doing it wrong. Don’t do or say that which we might deeply regret when our perspective grows.
  5. Truth is worth pursuing. We may never hold it in our hands, but it is worth the vigilance and effort to move ever closer.
  6. The most powerful weapon against lies, corruption, coercion, and tyranny is the freedom to speak out. Guard it as if our lives depend on it, because they do.
  7. Speak the truth. First to yourself, and then to others.
